Kindly note that upon placing an order, expect to receive a sample design (digital copy) via email within 1-2 working days. After approval of the design, most of our products typically take 1-2 weeks for production, although this timeframe may vary based on your order size. If you have any uncertainties, please feel free to email us for clarification.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Australian wide only, using our trusted courier services or Australian Post. Both standard and Express shipping options are available; however, the cost is determined by the size and weight of the item. Local Pick up

For customers in Sydney, NSW, there is an option to personally collect your order, eliminating the need for shipping charges. When selecting the pick-up option at checkout, you will receive an email informing you of the pick-up location and available time slots that best suit you.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all products are custom made we unfortunately do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If by any chance you have received a faulty product due to shipping please send us an email immediately to resolve this issue.
