  • What if I have a bulk older?
    For bulk orders, kindly drop us an email listing the items you want customised, and we'll be happy to assist you further from there.
  • Can I change the font on my design?
    We offer a diverse selection of fonts. If you'd like to view our font choices, please email us. Once your font is chosen, a digital copy is created and sent to you via email. You will then view your design and make changes if needed. Custom Fonts: If you have a specific font in mind to complement your event's style, kindly send us an email with the font name you desire, and we can proceed accordingly.
  • How long will it take to make my product?
    After placing an order, please anticipate 1-2 working days to receive a sample design (digital copy) via email. Upon approval of the design, most of our products typically take 1-2 weeks for production, although this timeframe may vary based on your order size. If you're uncertain about the production duration for your items, feel free to reach out to us via email for clarification.
  • Is it possible to pick up my order?

  • Is it possible to pick the acrylic colour I want?
    OFCOURSE! We customise decor to match your event perfectly. If you have specific colour preferences or design ideas in mind, kindly email us, and we'll start exploring your colour options and designs.
  • How do I purchase an item through your website?
    Currently, our website serves as a platform for showcasing our work. Designed as a gallery, it provides an opportunity to explore various ideas we have created. You can also discover the event packages we offer that might be suitable for your next event. If you wish to make a purchase through our website, please complete the contact form, providing a detailed description of your requirements. This information enables us to provide an accurate quote. Upon receiving approval, we can begin the design process.

    We offer a range of diverse event packages for you to select from. These packages typically feature props, signage, and pre-made artificial florals. Within our packages, you have the flexibility to mix and match items exclusively from our pre-made selection. For instance, you can combine a floral set from one package with props from another. If any of our packages catch your interest, kindly reach out via email, and we will gladly provide you with a customised quote
